We have two paid search roles going at present, both offering opportunities for growth and working with major advertisers to further your experience and skillset.

The first is a leading digital media agency committed to delivering cutting-edge strategies and unparalleled results for their clients. The second is a large, fully integrated agency with major paid search clients at its core, offering the opportunity to work with a varied client base and the ability to collaborate with creative staff members.
Role Overview:

As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid search campaigns across the various digital platforms. From keyword research and ad copy creation to bid management and performance analysis, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing campaigns to drive conversions and maximize ROI. Programmable media experience an added bonus.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with client objectives and budget constraints.

– Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities and optimize campaign performance.

– Create compelling ad copy and test variations to enhance ad relevance and drive engagement.

– Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search initiatives with broader marketing objectives and strategies.

– Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to ensure campaigns remain at the forefront of innovation.

 

Requirements:

– 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably in a media agency setting.

– Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Search Ads 360, Google Merchant Centre and any other relevant platforms.

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen attention to detail.

– Google Ads certifications.
