Role Overview:

As a Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing media implementation strategies across various channels, digitally led. From crafting detailed media recommendations to overseeing in-flight monitoring and analysis, you’ll be at the forefront of driving market-leading work and client satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Client Managers/Directors to develop implementation strategies and plans aligned with client objectives.
Develop high-quality media recommendations and presentations to showcase innovative solutions and drive client satisfaction.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimisations.
Cultivate strong relationships with media vendors and stay abreast of industry developments to ensure cutting-edge media executions.
Actively contribute to the agency’s culture and initiatives, representing the agency positively in industry functions.
Demonstrate and role model the core agency values in daily actions and interactions.
Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in media planning, with a strong desire to continue learning and adapting.
Natural curiosity and engagement with evolving media trends and technologies.
Excellent client management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
Positive mindset and a commitment to delivering award-worthy work.
Familiarity with industry media planning tools such as Google Analytics, Nielsen suite, and Pegasus.
