THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role of Media Executive, you will have the responsibilities of managing campaigns, delivering tasks to deadlines, and reporting and inputting with accuracy. You will assist Senior Digital Specialists in any bookings across all media (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, offline etc.), sourcing material deadlines, and buying, tracking, and optimising all campaigns efficiently within deadlines.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for digital ad ops and trafficking.
• Support the media team on a day-to-day basis.
• Harness relationships with Thompson Spencer employees and media partners i.e. material instructions, deadlines etc.
• Accurately execute reports within deadlines.
• As requested, run and provide media runs and data insights from Nielsen tools and other platforms.
• Collate information for presentations thoroughly and insightfully.
• Prioritises and manages tasks efficiently.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years of experience in a media agency or similar working environment.
• Demonstrate competency in relevant platforms including: Google Ads, Business Manager (Meta), TikTok, Google Ads etc.
• Experience with Nielsen platforms AdIntel+, CMI desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong, mathematical and excellent literacy.
• Planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• You work effectively as part of a team – both internally and externally.
• Takes ownership of behaviour and integrity of work.
• You are proactive and a problem solver.
