On behalf of our agency client, we’re recruiting for a Social & Campaign Manager for their big brands.

In this exciting role, you’ll get to be all over the social media planning tools for Meta, Google, Linked In and TikTok and deliver digital campaigns and social media creative content.

Reporting to a highly experienced Digital Account Director, your excellent project management and clear communication get campaigns out the door, on time and within budget. In addition to your expertise, attention to detail and written communication are a must-have. Your detailed and accurate WIPs, tracking reports, monthly forecasts and budgets will keep projects on track and within scope.

This role gives variety and daily interaction with clients. You’ll have a natural ability to develop and nurture client relationships and go above and beyond to impress and encourage the growth of existing accounts. You’ll be curious, innovative and analytical. Together with the Digital Account Director, you’ll be involved in strategically growing the client’s business through these integrated campaigns.

Finally, you’ll enjoy the energy of working closely with creatives, giving them great briefs and ensuring smooth execution.

The breakdown

We are looking for:

  • Min 4 years’ in-house experience in executing and measuring social/digital campaigns.
  • Or an agency-experienced account manager in a client service role (digital, creative, marketing, advertising) and a love of social platforms.

Proven results and experience in:

  • Using social media planning tools  for campaigns across Meta, Google, Linked In and TikTok
  • High-level project and campaign management
  • Time management to handle multiple projects with ease
  • A communicator – clear written reporting and concise briefs
  • Commercially savvy, manage projects within budgets
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Building and maintaining excellent internal and client relationships
  • Positive and persuasive presenter
  • Preparing creative briefs and ensuring successful delivery

The reward

  • $90,000 – $100,000 per annum

Mandatory requirements

  • Must have a relevant tertiary qualification (marketing, advertising, comms)
  • Must be residing in and have the right to work in New Zealand
