We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join this team as a Digital & Graphic Designer. If you are ready to explore new ideas, unite with a collaborative team, and own the outcome, this role is perfect for you!

You will implement the redesign and all the elements involved in the successful marketing of the brand, both in print and online.

Ensure the look and feel of all the marketing communications materials reflects the company brand and values.

Key Accountabilities:

Complete the redesign and refresh of the brand across all channels, maintaining consistent delivery internally and externally.

Produce various collateral and assets directed by the Brand and Digital Lead and Marketing and Communications Manager, including instructional course materials and all collateral and digital channels and event materials.

Develop, design, and coordinate any form of design communication as required, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand standards. Create digital marketing assets for the website, social media platforms, and eLearning platform.

Te Tiriti o Waitangi:

You will demonstrate understanding and capability in Te Tiriti o Waitangi
Maintain relationships with Te Tiriti partners to co-design activities and initiatives that support outcomes for Māori.

  • A graphic design qualification and a minimum of three years design experience in corporate communications or a design environment.
  • High level of expertise in Adobe CC and comfort to work with these programs in PC and Mac environments.
  • Track record/portfolio of design across channels, particularly high text and high quality, results-driven work.
  • Webflow cloud base system savvy with a strong understanding of compatible software and all media channels (including social media).
  • Proficiency in online publishing.
  • An excellent communicator (verbal and written) with the confidence to speak to a broad range of people.
  • Able to handle pressure and work on multiple projects at once.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and creative and enjoy working in a close-knit team.
  • Highly organised and detail focused with the ability to work independently and take responsibility for meeting deadlines.
