Overview

Our client is a New Zealand owned and operated business in the hospitality industry, overseeing two well-loved franchises. They are looking for a Brand Manager to lead the marketing strategy and champion the brand.

The right person for this role will have a love of hospitality and an entrepreneurial spirit. You will understand the breadth of brand and marketing, including social strategy, with a focus on organic growth and community engagement. TikTok knowledge is preferred. You will have experience in ecommerce, SEO, website management and are able to grow the loyalty programme.

Strong relationship management skills are a must, as you will support the franchisees to market and grow their businesses. You will work with the wider team to ensure brand alignment across all stores, current and future.

The core business is hospitality which is fast-moving and ever-changing.  You are reactive, can think on your feet and pivot between ideas quickly. You say YES first and figure out the details later to make it happen! In this small business you will be happy to be hands-on and help the team out as and where required.
