We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, who is passionate about social media, is excited to work with some of New Zealand’s best content creators and hungry for their next challenge.

This role will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with brands and agencies to grow revenue for the business.  You will also be responsible for the development and management of our Campaign Coordinator.

Key Duties

  • Promote and sell WeAreTENZING as the first choice influencer marketing solution to all prospective customers by diagnosing business needs, presenting and recommending ideas and solutions that are creative and innovative and reflect customers business needs and requirements.
  • Management and development of Campaign Coordinator
  • Prepare and implement an annual sales plan, detailing key account targets, marketing activity and sales forecast
  • Establish a regular meeting call cycle to update accounts on WeAreTENZING client activity, product development and policy changes were appropriate
  • Negotiate campaign/ambassador contracts ensuring best outcomes for WeAreTENZING and WeAreTENZING clients
  • Complete comprehensive handover of all campaigns to Campaign Coordinator to run
  • Establish effective and excellent relationships with new accounts and gain repeat business wherever possible
  • Assist in the development of regular external, company communications to grow distribution and engagement ensuring accounts are kept up to date with relevant company knowledge
