Step into a fast paced hybrid role at the heart of our Revenue Solutions & Operations team, where you’ll keep our linear commercial breaks running flawlessly each day. You’ll also play a pivotal role behind the scenes, powering revenue delivery and elevating client support across the business.
The opportunity – Te tūranga
In this hybrid role within the Revenue Solutions & Operations team, you will provide support in the daily management of linear commercial breaks whilst also delivering revenue and client administration support.
You will be reporting to the Ad Operations Manager and work in the Campaign Schedules team, as well as support the Revenue Support and Systems Specialist to assist in these day-to-day tasks.
Your focus will be on
• Accurately construct and maintain commercial breaks across all TVNZ linear channels.
• Ensure all sponsorship obligations are set in place and managed with care.
• Client set up and Customer Administration
This is a 12 month fixed term part time role (20 hours per week).

To be successful in this role, we require the following.
• Passion and knowledge of the advertising & broadcasting industry and the changing media landscape.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to meet deadlines, work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
• Professional communication and relationship building skills
• Strong verbal and written competence
• Friendly, personable, outgoing and an effective team player.
• Personal confidence and social maturity.
• Proactive with a high level of commitment, drive and energy.
