The opportunity – Te tūranga
As Campaign Manager reporting to Advertising Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of campaign executives in the delivery of all direct media campaigns, managed from briefing to post campaign analysis across on-air and online media channels.
The primary goal is to maximise TVNZ’s advertising revenue by ensuring that all customer agreements are fulfilled effectively, with a high degree of operational excellence and client service. This will require strong leadership to build, train, and maintain a high performing team.
The Campaign Manager is expected to work with sales and the wider digital solutions team to ensure teams are working effectively together and leveraging operational experience to improve ways of working.

To excel in this position, we are looking for individuals who possess
- Deep understanding of linear and digital operations, and ways to implement both effectively.
Proven ability to train individuals/teams to deliver operational excellence.
Ability to solve operational problems, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and processes.
Experience in a media organisation, ideally across linear TV and digital operations.
Highly motivated, results oriented, and proactive in driving teams to success.
Commercial mindset and acumen
Strong collaborator, with strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Manages time and resources effectively. Works well under pressure.
Demonstrate high level of commitment and support to both the company and team.
