Our client is an Auckland based digital agency, working at the forefront of marketing transformation, providing end-to-end digital marketing services to B2B technology, software and professional services brands across Australasia and beyond.  They are looking for a Client Marketing Manager on a contract basis.

In this pivotal client facing role, The Client Marketing Manager is responsible for achieving the best marketing outcomes for clients. The successful candidate will possess the ability to combine digital marketing savvy with outstanding customer relationship management to successfully conceptualise and deliver creative solutions that drive demand.

The role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing, particularly for technology and professional services clients. It is a very hands-on role, requiring a seasoned marketer who loves to get in the weeds to create and deliver winning marketing campaigns. An agency background is advantageous, as is having worked in a start-up or similarly fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Reporting to the Director of Customer and working directly with executive-level stakeholders, the Client Marketing Manager is truly at the heart of client interactions, straddling both marketing strategy / communications and account management. They ensure clients’ business vision is translated into creative and conversion-driven marketing programmes that are delivered, managed, and optimised effectively.

The right person for this role will have a tertiary qualification and 6+ years in a similar role with experience in client and relationship management, preferably agency or consultancy background, or experience in high-growth businesses. B2B marketing experience, ideally at an enterprise level is preferred. Experience in HubSpot / similar platforms would be advantageous but not critical.

You will be an effortless communicator, great at multitasking and project management, with high attention to detail. Knowledge of Hubspot is preferred.

This is a business that champions delivery over desk time, offering good flexible working. Option for 4 days/week. This is a fully remote role, with a preference for Auckland based candidates for occasional F2F client meetings. Reference #38162.
