Our client is a boutique design agency that punches above their weight, with a niche client base across FMCG and beverages. They are looking for a smart and proactive Studio Manager / Project Manager to join their small, passionate team, in their gorgeous new offices in Ponsonby, Auckland.

Reporting to the owner, this role will include managing workflow, including timelines and budgets,  preparing proposals and invoices, client liaison, briefing designers, and supporting business cases.

The ideal candidate will have prior agency experience, ideally in a creative environment, or have worked across multiple projects at once, with proven project management skills. Strong attention to detail is a must along with great communications skills. You will have a real interest in design and be proud to work across such an impressive stable of clients.
