Are you looking for a high-impact role in a fast-moving creative studio, full-time and based in Grey Lynn with hybrid opportunities?

This agency is a boutique graphic design agency based in Grey Lynn. Their mission is simple: to make great design easy. They deliver smart, personal, and impactful design solutions across branding, marketing collateral, publications, and digital media.

They are looking for a senior level Creative Designer, a sharp visual storyteller who thrives on concepting clever ideas, executing technically strong designs, and crafting beautiful, effective outcomes. You will bring energy, curiosity, and polish to every brief, working closely with the Founder and Creative Director to shape the creative direction of the studio.

What You will Do:

  •  Lead and execute high-profile design projects with confidence and creativity
  • Own projects end-to-end: from concept development through to final production
  • Bring bold thinking to branding, campaigns, publications, and digital assets
  • Design engaging content for social, email, and digital advertising
  • Apply top-tier layout and retouching skills to elevate every piece of work
  • Maintain high standards of quality, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Stay curious—explore trends and push boundaries where it counts

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience in a senior creative role
  • A qualification in Graphic Design or related field
  • Strong Adobe CC skills—especially InDesign, Photoshop (composites/retouching), and Illustrator
  • Experience in branding, layout design, and campaign assets
  • A proactive mindset, with a strategic eye for solving problems creatively
  • Clear and confident communication across teams and with clients
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and keep the details flawless

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Motion graphics skills (After Effects)
  • UI/digital design experience and HTML5 banners
  • Illustration and/or copywriting skills
  • Microsoft Office design experience with strengths in PowerPoint
