Our client is a new agency in Auckland, disrupting the sector with a new approach. Covering media, creative and production, they are looking for a superstar Client Service Manager to join the team.

Reporting to the founders, you will be stepping in to lead key accounts so they can work on the business. As the first client service employee, you will be buttoned down with processes, skilled in managing the expectations of clients and strong in project management and delivery.

You will be able to work well autonomously, able to manage clients with little oversight, including strategic conversations and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

You may be a Senior Account Manager ready for more responsibility or an Account Director looking for a new challenge. Whatever your agency background, be it media, digital or creative, you will be confident dealing with all levels of stakeholders, happy to have tough conversations and enjoy the buzz of approaching business differently.

This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a mover and shaker in the industry. Plenty of growth and a chance to make the role your own.  Our client is open to reduced hours initially.
