Digital Marketing Manager

Overview

Our client is a New Zealand founded premium Home Fragrance and Body Care company, who create products that transform everyday moments into extraordinary sensory experiences. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their Albany, Auckland based team.

Working closely with the sales and marketing team, plus external partners, this role leads the business digital and ecommerce strategy and activities to drive brand engagement and sales across all digital channels with focus on direct-to-consumer business, retail partners, and marketplaces.

With 5+ years of experience working in consumer branded digital marketing, with knowledge across a range of digital platforms and an understanding of consumer behaviour in using online platforms for gathering information and sharing consumer-based brand experiences. You will have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with an understanding of customer purchase funnels and an understanding of consumer behaviour in using online platforms for gathering information and sharing consumer-based brand experiences, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

Key responsibilities including digital strategy, sales growth and conversion optimisation, B2B and retail partner support and website maintenance.
