Are you looking for a role where you can learn a multitude of skills? We are a busy, boutique recruitment agency located in Ponsonby, central Auckland – we recruit for the advertising, design, digital and marketing industries.
We are looking for a graduate / junior level co-ordinator to join the team. This is an excellent role for someone who is fast, efficient and has great communication skills. You will have experience and knowledge of tech – in this role you will be using PC, Outlook, Google, Mailchimp, Photoshop plus others.
You will have a positive and sunny personality and a can-do attitude, where nothing is too much trouble – and you won’t be shy to put your hand up to help the team out. You will be our client and candidate’s first port of call – answering the phones and greeting visitors when they come to our office.
This is a busy role, where you will work across our social media, content management, job ad loading, daily new business, and office administration duties. This role is working onsite in our office 5 days per week 8.30am – 5.00pm.
You will have excellent attention to detail – as you will be posting job ads on our website and social media pages, along with database management.
