Overview
Our client is a well-regarded Kiwi brand in the nutritional supplements space, making waves overseas for their high quality and effective products. They are looking for a Content Manager for a 12-month parental leave contract.
Reporting to the Head of Brand & Communications, this role supports the internal and external brand, communications and content requirements of this fast-paced Kiwi health business with large global growth ambitions. You will work within a close team to help deliver high quality comms assets that are optimized for performance.
Key deliverables for the role include:
- Delivery of sales objectives through website optimisation and management (excluding pricing strategy). This includes conversion rate optimisation, content optimisation to achieve superior search engine results and creating a user experience that supports simple navigation and maximum engagement.
- Creation of relevant, fresh, engaging and compliant content to drive product sales, and educate consumers. This includes management of CMS and dynamic content, review of content engagement and adjusting content as required, weekly blog production, optimising new content, leveraging internal subject matter experts for content, and effective promotion of blogs through appropriate channels.
- Agency management from contract negotiations through to execution within budget and agreed statement of works.
- Website channel strategy execution in line with overall market objectives.
- Budget management and reporting.
- Provide monthly insights and analysis in relation to the website user experience performance.
- Monitor and report on trends in keyword search topics for sales, marketing and NPD teams.
Key skills required:
- Strong project management (a working knowledge of agile is desirable but not essential)
- UX experience
- Content creation experience
- FMCG/ CPG experience, ideally within dietary supplements
- Strong cross functional collaboration – both with internal and external stakeholders
