Junior Graphic Designer 3-Month contract

Overview

We are on the lookout for a reliable, detail-oriented Graphic Designer or Artworker for a 3-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role if suitable.

This role is perfect for a junior to intermediate-level designer who is confident working in both InDesign and PowerPoint, with a strong eye for layout and formatting. You will be supporting the proposals and presentation team by formatting and polishing documents, creating clean and professional layouts, and occasionally designing posters, menus, and site-level promotional material.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Formatting and refining proposal documents in Adobe InDesign
• Supporting presentation design using PowerPoint
• Assisting with basic poster/menu design for internal promotions and events
• Ensuring brand consistency across all materials
• Collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and deliver polished, on-brand creative assets

What You Will Bring:

• 1–3 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer or Artworker
• Strong InDesign and PowerPoint skills (essential)
• Great attention to detail and a knack for layout and formatting
• Comfortable working across both print and digital formats
• Poster/menu design experience is a bonus
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running
