What You’ll Do:

As the go-to communicator for your portfolio of clients, your mission is to ensure they’re not just satisfied, but thrilled with our services. Work with our highly-skilled teams of digital marketing experts to see campaigns through from inception to triumph. Showcase your prowess in reporting results to clients, offering actionable insights gleaned from various platforms and analytic systems. Innovate and implement revenue-generating marketing/development ideas to propel our clients to new heights. Act as the crucial liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clients’ objectives are met and exceeded. Drive business growth through strategic upselling to meet retention and budget targets. Resolve client concerns with finesse and lead the onboarding of new clients.
