Fantastic opportunity in a boutique Trans Tasman beauty business. Our client is looking for a friendly office /admin manager.
The role is the first point of contact for the business and involves :
Order processing/sales invoicing / export order management /warehouse process overview dispatch through to invoice.
Staff support, function organization, admin support to sales and marketing managers.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft /Word/Excel/Outlook and experience with Xero and Unleashed are highly desirable. They will have strong written and oral communication skills as well as great time management and the ability to organize and manage processes for the small team. We are really open to age and stage, we want someone with a great attitude happy to just get on with it, can do Fridays remotely if desired. Very competitive remuneration for the right candidate.
