We are a boutique recruitment agency specialising in the creative industry.

We’re searching for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our small collaborative team for approximately 10 hours/week, across 2 days. This role is based in our Grey Lynn office.

Responsibilities include:

·       Accounts payable and receivable

·       Weekly payroll

·       Reconciliations and end of month reporting

·       Managing cashflow

·       Debtor management

·       Managing tax payments

Candidates for this role will need:

·       Experience managing small business accounting and tax

·       Payroll experience

·       Solid experience with Xero (including payroll module)

·       To be highly organised, with strong attention to detail and accuracy

·       An accounting qualification would be a bonus
