Do you live and breathe content and social media? And have a talent for making content sing across every platform? This is an exciting opportunity to join an incredible agency team working on some of NZ’s most loved brands.

This is a junior social and content role, working at one of NZ’s most exciting full-service advertising agencies based in central Auckland. You will support the social team in delivering high quality, on-brand content across multiple platforms. You’ll provide hands-on editing, content scheduling and coordination support to ensure smooth workflow across social, influencer and client deliverables. From crafting engaging posts to coordinating influencer partnerships and keeping content calendars humming, you’ll play a key role in the social team.

Key responsibilities include:

– Contributing to paid and organic social ideas and opportunities.

– Writing, editing, resizing, scheduling and publishing assets across various platforms + monitoring for performance.

– Liaising with influencers, talent agents and clients for approvals and deadlines.

– Maintaining organised content databases and asset libraries.

– Staying on top of social trends and platform updates.

Skills required:

– 1-2 years’ commercial experience in content creation and social media management (agency experience is a bonus).

– Strong attention to detail and design sensibility across visual and written content.

Technical skills required:

– Working knowledge of Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) and other platform-native editing apps.

– Confidence using social media management and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Loomly, Later, Sprout, etc).

– Strong understanding of major social media platforms, formats and trends.

– Some experience with influencer marketing would also be ideal.
