Are you an agency experienced Senior Account Manager with superb client service skills, a love of managing projects, and the intuition to collaborate with the team to deliver amazing creative solutions?

Our client is a busy independent agency who specialize in brand, design and content. They have a strong and vibrant culture, working out of their stunning offices in Grey Lynn.

Reporting to the Client Service Director, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of exciting client projects. From building strong client relationships to managing timelines, budgets and briefs, you’ll be a key player in ensuring creative excellence and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have:

–          Experience from a creative agency.

–          The maturity and experience to think on your feet, navigate ambiguity, and solve problems as they arise.

–          High productivity and experience managing WIPs, timelines and budgets.

–          A collaborative attitude, positive energy and strong work ethic.

–          Superb relationship-building skills – both internally and externally.

–          Strong attention to detail and experience managing budgets.

This is a core role within a strong client service team.

The model is 4 days/week (Monday – Thursday) on full salary, with bonus potential. An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team.
